Frequently Asked Questions
A few things learners usually want to know before they get started.
Do I need any prior coding experience to join Code Basics?
No experience at all is needed for Code Basics. The course assumes nothing and starts from the very beginning. If you have never written a line of code before, that is exactly where it is designed to begin.
How much time should I set aside each week?
For Code Basics, around four to six hours per week is usually enough. The intermediate and advanced courses may need six to eight hours to keep pace with projects and reviews. You can adjust your week-to-week rhythm to some extent — the courses are not strictly real-time.
Are lessons live or recorded?
Lessons are recorded, so you can watch them at a time that suits your schedule. The Intro to Machine Learning course also includes weekly live check-in sessions, and Building AI Tools has scheduled milestone reviews with your mentor.
What language are the courses taught in?
All course materials and mentor communication are in English. If you would like to write to us in Thai, we are happy to respond in Thai as well.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept bank transfer to Thai accounts, PromptPay, and major credit cards. Full payment details are provided after you complete the enrolment form and we confirm your place.
Can I move from Code Basics to the next course?
Yes, the courses are designed to connect. After finishing Code Basics you will have the Python foundation needed for Intro to Machine Learning, and completing that prepares you well for Building AI Tools. You are welcome to take each one at your own pace.
