4. Data Retention

We retain personal data for the following periods:

• Enquiry data (name, email, message) not leading to enrolment: deleted after 12 months.
• Enrolment and course participation records: retained for 3 years after the end of the course for administrative purposes.
• Payment records: retained for 7 years as required by Thai accounting regulations.

After the retention period, data is deleted securely or anonymised.
